01. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, your items must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

  • All factory security seals and shrink-wrap must be 100% intact.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original accessories and documentation must be included in the return package.
HEALTH & HYGIENE NOTICE: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the products have been opened, worn, or used.
02. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. Eroship will bear the costs for resolution in these cases.

Step 3: Once approved, securely package the item and include your Order Number inside.
Step 4: Ship the package using a trackable courier service and provide the tracking number to us.

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days.

  • Before Shipping: Full refund of the order amount.
