Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

PayPal: Pay directly with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or card.

Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna and Afterpay (available in supported regions).

All prices are charged in USD ($). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply exchange rates or additional fees.


Payment Issues

Your payment may be declined if:

1. Your account has insufficient funds.

2. Card details (number, expiration date, or security code) are incorrect.

3. Your bank blocks the transaction for security reasons.

Please recheck your information, and if problems persist, contact your bank or payment provider.


Refunds

Refund times depend on your payment method:

PayPal: usually 1–3 business days.

Credit/Debit Cards: up to 10 business days, depending on the bank.

If your refund does not appear after this period, please contact your bank or email us at service@eroship.com.

2. We do not store your full credit card details.

3. All transactions are processed securely by certified payment providers.


Discounts & Gift Cards

1. Discount codes and gift cards must be applied at checkout.

2. They cannot be added once an order is confirmed.

3. Gift cards hold cash value and can be redeemed during checkout.
